Jeffrey Challinor
NWSS Manager
Jeff has worked for NWSS since 1977 and has earned his way up to company manager taking care of the day to day running of North Wales shooting school business.
Jeff is a passionate Skeet shooter and has had the pleasure of representing the Welsh National Skeet Team on more than one occasion in Home International competitions most recently in 2020/21.
He runs monthly CPSA Skeet competition & 2 Welsh Team Selection shoots proudly held at NWSS.
Jeff's gun of choice is a Beretta 690 30" powered by Cheddite Cartridges.

Norman Jones

A stalwart at the school for many years.
Norman is highly experienced in providing game & clay shooting lessons, but can also give you a great time with friends.
Norman's choice of gun is a traditional 12bore English side by side with a rare cross over stock .
Stephen Spencer

APSI Qualified instructor & safety officer.
Stephen can help you learn and practice a good shooting technique or host a fun team event with a family group or stag do.
Hobbies include photography and drones,touring.
Mike Jones

Cpsa Certified instructor Mike has been shooting for over 15 years, and will make you feel at ease when taking up the sport from scratch.
Other hobbies include fly fishing & wildlife photography, gym.
